How should we get started?

How fast can you get to work?
Because we have enough manpower within our Digital Taillors community, we generally only take about 2 weeks from the first hello to getting started on the actual project itself. First call, kick-off, administration included.
What is the minimal length of a partnership?
Usually the minimal length of a partnership is 6 months, but it depends on the type of project we take on. Even if a project is over, we are present in our clients life, as any algorithm change, re-branding, new social media directions might need our guidance. Most of our clients have been with us for years.
Can you help clients enter new markets?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to be involved in such complex and huge projects. Our Custom solution service is just the right fit for this type of work, check out that landing! We might even have a DT member in that country.
Why shouldn't I just contact your freelancer and partner up with her/him directly?
Great question! The answer is simple: both you and the freelancer benefit from having us as a middleman. While you might save some bucks by working directly with a freelancer, the partnership may not always meet your expectations. Freelancers often prefer focusing only on their professional duties rather than managing tasks like project coordination or administrative work. This can lead to differences in communication style, transparency, and overall effectiveness, which may impact the collaboration.
From the freelancers’ perspective, we offer valuable support by handling client communication and relieving much of the administrative burden. Additionally, we provide the structure of an agency setting: if something doesn’t work out, there’s always a backup solution. And there is a shared responsibility to ensure the success of the project. This ensures reliability and peace of mind for both parties.
Can I work with more than one freelancer?
Yes, you can work with as many different freelancers from various fields as you need to achieve with your goals.
Can I change freelancers if I'm not satisfied with the work?
Yes, you can change your dedicated freelancer anytime you want, free of charge.
What if the freelancer gets sick?
Every freelancer we work with has a backup partner at Digital Tailors. In case your designated freelancer goes on a vacation or gets sick, the backup freelancer steps in and take on the tasks temporarily.
The only difference between the 2 professionals is that the back-up colleague will work in the background, ensuring that all projects run a smooth course.
What pricing model do you use?
We operate on a monthly fee model because we believe that continuous online marketing efforts are key to achieving tangible results. This approach keeps both clients and freelancers motivated to work on the project consistently, month by month. In our experience, one-off tasks, such as an SEO audit, often end up being underutilized and left unimplemented.
That said, we occasionally accept one-off projects, especially when clients have a dedicated team ready to handle implementation. However, in most cases, ongoing collaboration is the preferred and more effective approach.
How much does your services cost?
Our monthly fees vary, typically ranging from 400 to 2000 EUR. The cost depends on several factors, including the client’s specific needs, required hourly capacity, number of online marketing services, and project complexity.
We believe in personalized solutions, which is why we always provide a custom quotation tailored to each client’s unique requirements, rather than offering standard pre-made packages.
